The way the Apple Watch works in terms of fitness is as follows: It's changed my fitness in quite a few ways that I wasn't expecting! I've now got over a month of daily use out of it. My Apple Watch with the Mickey Mouse watch face!

I have absolutely NO rhythm and by the end of the first workout I'm impressed with how much I've picked up already It has 6 full dance routines and goes step by step to build you up to learn the moves throughout.
